Group Swimming Lessons

Tri-State Athletic Club’s Aquatics program offers group lessons for children ages 3-12. Our goal is to teach young swimmers how to become comfortable and mobile in the water. The curriculum is designed to teach a wide ranges of abilities — from the beginner who will learn to put his face in to the water, up to the accomplished swimmer who would like to improve her technical swimming skills and movement in the water. Classes meet once a week for half an hour.

Session I- September 9-October 22, Session II- November 4-December 17, Session III- January 6-February 18, Session IV- March 3-April 15

Level 1

Monday 4:00-4:30p.m.

Tuesday 10:00-10:30a.m.

Level 2

Monday 4:30-5:00p.m.

Tuesday 10:30-11:00a.m.

Level 3

Monday 5:00-5:30p.m.

Tuesday 11:00-11:30a.m.

Level 4

Monday 5:30-6:00p.m.

Tuesday 11:30-12:00p.m.


Lifeguarding: Ages 15+

Learn lifeguarding for traditional pools including skills, first aid, CPR for the professional rescuer, surveillance skills and professional lifeguarding responsibilities. Classes are in accordance with the American Red Cross standards.

Prerequisites: must be able to read at 8th grade level and have physical stature and stamina to perform skills.

(Classes may be rearranged to meet the need of students and instructor). All classes MUST be attended to complete the course.
