Fitness “Boot Camp”

A phenomenal cardiovascular and muscular movement experience designed to challenge the individual both physically and mentally. This class is for anyone wanting to push themselves to their limits or for anyone needing a boost to their overall strength and fitness program. Classes are 1-hour long and meet Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 AM for 4 week sessions. Classes are designed for beginners through advanced.
