Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a challenging yet accessible vinyasa class linking breath to movement to get the heart rate going and challenging the student in balance, innovation, and technique. Take your practice to a new level using dynamic flow, static holds, inversions, and core conditioning. Classes will be held in a heated room. This class is best suited for you are an intermediate to advanced student and if you have taken at least five classes.
