Speed & Agility

This program is for children age 10 – 14 wanting to increase their speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) for their sport.  A properly designed SAQ program will help increase on court/field performance through learning how to effectively decelerate under control, change direction more efficiently, increased reaction time, increased coordination, increased explosiveness, increased power; while also decreasing ones’ potential for injury.

This SAQ program is a 8 week (16 sessions) in a small group setting where your child will receive a one hour speed, agility, and quickness training class.  Our sports performance team consists of nationally certified trainers with sports specific expertise as well as former collegiate athletes.

For over 30 years, Tri-State Athletic Club has been home to hundreds of locally and nationally recognized athletes – helping them reach their full athletic potential and earn scholarships at all collegiate levels. Tri-State Athletic Club uses our very own sports performance training system, utilizing the strengths of our personal training staff with over 120 combined years of experience to provide the most time efficient speed, agility, and quickness program in the tri-state area.
