TSAC Hot is a modern style of Hot and Flow Yoga that combines silence with music. This hot flow combines concentration with moving meditation, and taps into the healing effects through heat, while re-energizing your body, mind, and sense of self. There is a specific intention behind every pose, and the therapeutic links between them is based on tested principles validated in both Hot and Flow practices. Each pose is used as a preparation for the next pose.
TSAC Hot 1 & 2
TSAC Hot 1 allows more time for proper alignment of poses to strengthen and deepen your practice. TSAC Hot 2 increases the pace between poses.
Silent TSAC Hot 2
Following the same sequence as TSAC Hot 2, the instructor will call the poses with minimal verbal cueing while demonstrating the poses. This class allows for deeper meditation. It is highly recommended you participate in at least five TSAC Hot 2 classes prior to attending.
TSAC Hot 2 Power Hour
Power Hour follows the same sequence as TSAC Hot 2 exploring the poses one time. If you are in a time crunch, this 60 minute hot flow is packed with power getting you on with your day.
TSAC Hot 3
Build on the foundation of the TSAC Hot 2 sequence, exploring arm balances and inversions, turning your world upside down. It is highly recommended you participate in at least ten TSAC Hot 2 classes prior to attending.
