Youth Fitness Center Orientation

Complimentary to our youth members, ages 11–14, wanting to begin building safe and proper exercise habits. Earn your independence and confidence on the fitness floor by scheduling a Fitness Center Equipment Orientation with a Personal Trainer. This 60-minute orientation is age-appropriate and based on our “Fitness Center Guidelines for Youth.”
